Ask each business for a written proposal that names the equipment, scope, exclusions, warranty owner, payment schedule and expiry date. Do not share sensitive details until you have chosen a business and reviewed its privacy notice.
Quote comparison checklist
- Obtain proposals directly from businesses you independently choose.
- Make sure each proposal states the exact panel, inverter and battery models, quantities, inclusions and exclusions.
- Verify licence, accreditation and warranty details with the issuing body or manufacturer; do not rely on a logo alone.
- Compare the same scope, contract terms, deposits, cancellation rights and after-sales contact before deciding.
